Check-in time is from
4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out time is
11:00 AM. Please arrange special check-in or check out times
in advance. Guests must provide a valid
Visa or
MasterCard,
to guarantee a reservation. Business rates available (see
business travelers)

- Our rooms are all on the second floor.
- The owner has 4 cats which are mainly confined to the owners' quarters.
- Cannot accommodate children
Cancellations:
Due to the intimate size of the manor and its
unique sleeping rooms, cancellations affect us
significantly. Reservations that are cancelled 10 days or
more in advance will be refunded, less a 10% handling
charge, or fully exchanged for a gift certificate to be used
for a future stay. (14 days during holidays and special
events.) Reservations cancelled less than 10 days in advance
will receive a refund (less the 10% handling charge) only if
the room can be rebooked for all nights reserved.
Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved
regardless of arrival or departure. No refund is possible
regardless of reason for non-arrival or early departure.
Please understand that due to the small and intimate nature
of our business, and the standards to which we adhere, we
must uphold a strict cancellation policy and can make no
exceptions.
Group Reservations:
Because we have only two rooms,
reservations for two for the same night(s) will require a
50% non-refundable deposit at the time the rooms are booked
and the balance due at check-in. If the reservation is
cancelled
30 days or more in advance, no additional charges
will be due. However, if the reservation is cancelled less
than 30 days in advance, the entire balance due will be
charged.
Business travelers looking for an alternative to standard
hotel lodging will be pleased with the services we offer.
In addition to the warm and inviting nature of Celebration
Manor business guests will discover support services unusual
for bed and breakfasts. Free local calls, FAX, high speed
wireless internet access are just a few of the business
amenities. Multiple night discounts are also offered.
Rates: $130-$140 per night.

Business travelers who cancel their reservation before
2:00 PM
on the date prior to the reservation will be charged a
small fee.
Cancellations after 2:00 PM are charged in full.
- Business travel rates are offered to the single-occupant, business guest Sunday through Thursday evenings. Due to high demand on weekends, the Manor is unable to offer these discounts on Friday and Saturday.
