The home was built by Judy Dian Mark as a primary residence for her and her children. The house had originally 4 bedrooms but now boasts 3 bedrooms with 3 complete baths.
A typical high style Queen Anne house, the front gable has patterned shingles, with one story bays, second story balconies, one story wrap around porch with East Lake detailing such as an arched porch entry with sunbursts, spindle work, columns and rails and lace like brackets. The mansard roofs of the porches have the original patterned shingles. The house matches in size, mass and set back and detailing with the historic character of the neighborhood. It represents the exuberance of the Queen Anne style.
Our historic Victorian, built in 1890 is restored to today's highest standards. The music room has the original furniture that was built from trees taken down from the original land this Victorian sits upon and has been handed down from owner to owner. This home features original art work, two fireplaces in the living room and music room that invite conversation, reading and relaxation.
The two upstairs bedrooms have private baths & distinctive furnishings. They have been designed for your comfort to enhance a relaxing break, business trip or a romantic escape.

Gardening is a passion at this home. The evolution of the yard is an ongoing process based on Peace, Harmony, Love and Enlightenment.
Guests will enjoy a morning stroll to check out the seasonal blossoms, perennials and many various annuals to fill in the gaps of the season. A favorite spot in the garden is the koi pond with benches where you can relax and reflect on the day's activities while you watch the fish, listen to the gentle sound of water or take your morning coffee to relax and plan your day.
